rganised
in collaboration with
the Caja Inmaculada
and developed within
its Cultural Service,
this Project consists
of a series of conferences
dealing with topical
environmental topics,
sometimes of regional
interest and others
of a more global character
that affect Aragon.
Its
aim is to create
an annual forum
for debate where
up-to-the-minute
information can
be offered, as well
as to act as a motivating
instrument to obtain
greater social involvement
and raise awareness
in the conservation
of our environment.
When the
subjects to be dealt
with during the
week are selected,
the aim is to address
the main environmental
problems that affect
Aragon. Thus specific
aspects have been
proposed, such as:
Natural Spaces
Threatened
Species
Biodiversity
Climatic change
Hunting
and conservation
Local
Agenda 21
The
international
year of the
mountains
Stockbreeding
and conservation
of the mountains
Thanks
to this variety of
subjects, we have
been able to count,
in our Autonomous
Community, on the

field of nature conservation
in our country, such
