JUSTIFICATION OBJECTIVES ACTIONS CARRIED OUT     Objectives t presents a series of measures to improve the current situation of the species. 1) Reduce unnatural mortality factors. 2) Preserve and restore the habitat 3) Favour its expansion to areas of historical presence. 4) Foster research on the species. 5) Disseminate and divulge through environmental education programmes.
